Not satisfied? Return unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Manufacturer Warranty
All branded tools come with the manufacturer warranty. ElRayes-brand products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Free Exchange
Received a defective or wrong item? We will send the correct replacement at no extra charge and arrange pickup.

How to Return an Item
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Receive confirmation — our team will approve your return request within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
- Arrange pickup — we will coordinate pickup from your address, or you can drop off at our nearest branch.
- Refund or exchange processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
Warranty Claims
For products under manufacturer warranty, contact us with your order number, photos/video of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
